Terms and Conditions (License Agreement)
This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Nulogic for the use of Nulogic Magento 2 Marketplace extensions. By downloading, installing, or using our extensions, you agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions of this license agreement.
License Grant
Nulogic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Distribution
This License grants you the usage rights for your own/self purpose and not for further distribution.
Refund Policy

Support and Updates
Nulogic provides support and updates for the extension as described in the support policy available on our website.
Warranty Disclaimer
The extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nulogic be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the extension, even if Nulogic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Termination
Nulogic reserves the right to terminate this license agreement at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nulogic regarding the use of the extension and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
By downloading, installing, or using the extension, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the extension.
